This section provides some helpful information and forms to download. To attend a course at Philmont you must register online using the Event Registration program that is located in your MyScouting account.

Online Registration (is now online!)
The preferred and fastest way to get registered for PLC is to do it online. If you have a My Scouting account at myscouting.org then you should login to your myscouting account. You can create an account if you do not have one. From there click on Event Registration and you will see the Philmont Training Center link. You can browse the Conference schedule or proceed directly to registering for your conference. Please make sure you meet the prerequisites before registering. You must meet the National Health and Medical Part D requirements. To summarize follow these steps to register.

Make sure to check out  www.myscouting.org and click on the Events Registration Tab.

1. Login to MYSCOUTING.ORG
2. Click on Event Registration
3. Click on Philmont Training Center
4. Follow the online instructions to complete your registration

All applicants that attend Philmont Leadership Challenage must meet the National Health and Medical Part D Requirements. The below link will download the National Health and Medical Part D Health Requirements for your review. After receipt of your application, the Philmont Training Center will send you the current Medical and Health Record form that you must have completed prior to attending a course at the Philmont Training Center. The official National Health and Medical form Parts A, B, C and D is the only health form that Philmont will accept. Using a old Class 1,2 or 3 Medical form is not acceptable.
